Nothing. Green tea sucks. Oolong is worse.
Experiment. I know green tea and mint go together. Also I drink it cold in the summer with lemon and ice.
Oolong - it's a matter of taste. I like it. It's sort of between green and black tea.

Honey. And if you have a sore throat- honey is great for that. I like vanilla oolong tea- there's lots of different flavors with oolong tea. My favorite is chai- just always add creamer.
Matcha green tea with yogurt and honey is yummy. I also like genmaicha. Sencha with mint is good. Check out health food stores that sell green tea infusions. I don't really like jasmine though.
