I would go with a loose leaf. Any brand of gunpowder green tea has worked well for me. Gunpowder is tightly packed loose leaf that hold a lot of flavor.

in all the entire world there is only one type of tea plant - so all the different teas come from the same type of plant the only difference is the amount of dryness when packaged -- so it doesn't matter
