What are coconut rasps?!

Question: What are coconut rasps?

I'm seeing them in some recipes but can't find info on what they actually are.

I'm not positive but, I found that coconut rasps were in a lot of tea recipes. I think it may be shards of dried coconut.

They're kind of like seeds.
