it all depends on how its made. If the employees follow the instructions and were trained properly then it should taste fine. BTW there not flavor shots its like a vanilla (sugary base) One pump for small 2 for medium 3 for large. Also i find most people dont stir them well enough....

For what flavors they have: theres just the regular one but than you can get any flavor shot in it just like you can in any hot beverage. for example mint butter caramel hazelnut etc

I find Tim's is never consistent with drinks like that. I'd ask or two flavor shots, but they will charge you extra.
