Is distilled water from the store actually distilled?!
I have heard the bottled spring/drinking water from stores is actually as bad as tap water...but what about distilled water??? How do I know if it's actually distilled?

It depends on where you live and what local laws say about labeling of bottled waters.
Truly distilled water is usually rather expensive. It's very pure and completely tasteless. It's completely harmless for the body and you can drink it if you want. (Contrary to rampant urban legends, distilled water does not "leach out" minerals or anything like that—your body is quite happy with it.)
