It's different for everyone.

What time do you go to bed, anyway?

In healthy people, about 99.9% of any caffeine they consume will be gone in around 48 hours. There is a lot of individual variation.

Peak concentrations of caffeine are reached in the blood within 15-120 minutes of ingestion. When you consume caffeine, 99% of it is absorbed within 45 minutes or so.

Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others, and as mentioned above, half-life varies with the individual. The only way to be sure is to experiment and see whether or not caffeine keeps you up at night.

I think that most sleep disorders are from not having confidence everything is ok in the world today.
I for one have had several times had several cups or glasses of liquids, coke, pepsi, coffee.
I would say, that eventually you fall asleep, weather it be within 24 hours of your last sleep, or up to maybe a week with a small nod here and a small nod there.....sung to the tune of old mcdonald had a farm.
As it may turn out, just drink what ever coffee you drink now, in smaller amounts. it may help
If you can believe the trouble in the world is not your fault, then, the world is ok to you, and if you are not sleeping, it may be from other events in your life that you think about and are not happy with.'
Just tell yourself you are not part of the problem, If none of that works, then see your doctor. :)

no, unless u drank a lot, then maybe u wouldn't be able to fall asleep
