sure, add some lime/lemon juice, no sugar ,

Carbonated Water is water that contains a high amount of carbon dioxide in it, CO2, which makes the water bubbly and gives it a tangy taste. It is also known as Seltzer Water.

Some artificially Carbonated Water is perceived by some people as being high in sodium. But, it shouldn't be: Carbonated Water is not the same as Soda Water or Club Soda. It's just plain, carbonated water. The "carbonated" adjective does not mean there is "sodium bicarbonate" in it, which the other two do have.

Anything that isn't fresh clean water but is still a liquid counts for half. For example, if you drink 8 ounces of tea, coffee, soda, carbonated water/seltzer/club soda, etc., only 4 of those ounces count for the recommended daily intake of water. To supplement for those beverages, drink an equal portion of water.

Yes it does count but it is high in sodium so you need to wash it down with water to become more hydrated

Sure, just don't drink club soda (Tons of salt)!
