Your little stepbrother's probably forgotten about it by now. I suggest you not say anything to him or anyone else but you did do something wrong and that's why you feel bad. Fortunately it went no further. For your sake and his you need to avoid ever being in a situation like that again. Lock the bathroom door behind you. You don't want to know the grief you could go through if something happened and someone found out. It could cause your family to split up, you to go to juvenile detention, etc.

That's gross and I'm 11. Most 3 year old children take nearly everything as a funny joke. He has probably forgotten about it like it was nothing.
