Question: Why am i so lazy in the morning is there anything i can do?

im in 8th grade and am so lazy school start at 9 and i wake up around 8:50 and get to class late and when i get there i can barely hear the teacher talking cuz i day dream when she does and when i have to read omg its like putting me to sleep im like o now anything but reading subject i prefer math cuz at least it using a caculator plz anything

i told my dad if i can buy 5 hour engery drink but he said that all those thing are bad

Shut up! I'm in high school and by the time you're rolling out of bed I've already sat through two classes. Suck it up. Go to bed earlier & drink coffee.



Eat healthier foods, and make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day. That will keep you going. Have fruit for a snack, and almonds help people to focus, so does eating fish instead of meat. Have a healthy breakfast and take a vitamin before school. 5 hour energy drinks are bad for your heart, too much caffeine can make you really sick. Also, walking will give you loads of energy. Take a walk, everyday. God Bless you!



Go to sleep at an early time. So maybe around 9:30-10am and get up early like 7am. You will feel a lot better and you will be able to concentrate more in class. Also make sure you eat breakfast. If you don't then you will not be able to take down information as much as you should.



The biggest thing you can do is get to bed early & sleep 7-9 hours.
Energy drinks are not good, especially for children, they make it worse.

Try eating an apple. I've heard they good for giving you energy in the morning.
