Question: I left the milk out of my fridge now I don't know what to do?

Ok so I left my milk out but it is long life milk and it was in the fridge but I left it out so now will it still be ok even though it was in the fridge i know long life milk is meant to be kept in the cupboard but i had it in the fridge and took it out so will it be ok?

If it was opened it may be contaminated and so it will go bad sooner.
Long life milk is sterilized to over 100 degrees celcius and ordinary milk is just pasteurized to 72-74 C
The bacterias that can make you sick is killed in ordinary milk but it will still get rotten. In long life milk all the bacterias is killed so it will keep unless contaminated.
Make yourself a good cup of cocoa before you go to the shop to buy new and safe milk that will not get you worried:)

It depends on how long it has been out of the fridge. Normally you should be ok. Smell it and if it does not smell ok its not good anymore.

It will be okay if it was left out for a short time.

Smell it. If it doesn't smell like spoiled milk, it's fine.
