I've been drinking coffee for many years now and I'm like a crack addict when it comes to coffee.

Yes, dark roasted coffee beans or French Roast is just about the strongest coffee.

Wow, imagine how Bridgette would feel if she new the truth. I managed a Starbuck's owned Seattle's Best Cafe' for 3 years and had to attend classes to becomes certified. The darker the roast, the less caffeine it has. The more a bean is roasted, the more oils and caffeine are pulled out.

Go for a Breakfast blend and stay away from dark roasts. Most coffee has a chart on the package telling you the roast.

Simple rule to follow, the lighter the roast, the more the caffeine content

my barrister says, that darker roasted coffee has less caffeine, the longer roasting time evaporates it out , so the medium roast would have more caffeine so less roasting keeps more of the oils and caffeine, flavoroids, and antioxidants

All types of coffee roasts have the same effect. If you mean flavor, it's more bitter, like black coffee.
