What's the difference between Calories and Fat Calories?!

Question: What's the difference between Calories and Fat Calories?
I've read other answers, but my other question is: If I'm watching how many calories I eat, to burn off, do I pay attention to the Fat Calories or Total Calories?

It's yogurt I'm eating.

You need to worry about total calories. A calorie is simply a unit of heat--it's a way to measure what your body burns. I don't think it matters whether the calorie comes from fat or anything else. You simply need to take in fewer calories than you burn off--then you'll lose weight because your body will have to burn up stored fat in order to keep going.

Fat calories are calories found in fat, hence the name. They're included in the total amount of calories in the nutrition facts. It says that out of all the calories in the product, X number or those calories are from the fat contained in the food. If a food is fat-free, it has no fat calories.

Pay attention to total calories. They all represent the same thing in terms of weight control.
