Milk is good for some things and bad for other things. Since the good and bad things seem to change with every study that is done, it's probably best to just not worry about it. It's pretty obvious from several thousand years of history that milk is neither dangerous nor miraculously wonderful, so if you like to drink it, go ahead, and if you prefer to avoid it, that's fine, too.



Yes, because they are both dairy.
