How much soda will it take to cause moderate to severe damage?!

Question: How much soda will it take to cause moderate to severe damage?
I have been drinking pepsi / coca cola everyday (almost) for the past two years. Averaging about 1 can a day, sometimes 2, but never over 2.

Sometimes subsituting pop for a meal (I can't afford meals all the time).

Answers:

instead of soda drink water. it's not terrible for you but it will wear you down over time. drink water and buy like a granola bar and substitute that for a meal

its not good for you especially your teeth. Make sure you brush well soda is the leading cause or bad teeth!

One to 2 cans of coke isn't going to kill you or anything but replacing a meal with it is a no no... a can of coke cost what 50 cents- 1$? your better off buying an apple or a pack of peanut butter crackers for that price.

That's really really bad for you. Try to ween yourself off soda by drinking fruit juices and instead of having it instead of a meal, carry around energy/fruit bars that are much better for you and won't rot your teeth lol.

If you can't afford meals all the time try drinking water instead of soda. Soda is cheaper, thus saving you money. Also, its a lot healthier for you.
