Question about the virgin pina colada..?!

Question: Question about the virgin pina colada..?
I have a project for school due tomorrow. I have to make a food or drink from any latin american country, and write a one page paper about it's cultural significance. I was thinking of doing the virgin pina colada, but it said it was from Puerto Rico. could i use this drink and it still be counted as latin american since they speak spanish there? if not, do you have any suggestions of easy things i can make to bring tomorrow? your help is GREATLY appreciated, thank you!

I'd say Puerto Rico is still Latin America definitely. Or you could make a virgin pisco sour: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pisco_Sour
Hope that helps!

Puerto Rico is not Latin America, so that will not work.Try a virgin margarita or mojito.
