Question: Does almond milk Have fructose in it?
If so does that mean that candida or diabetic people cannot drink it?

If you do the calculation its about 3% fructose

Obviously if its sweetened with sucrose (table sugar) then its a lot more



It should say on the label. I never believed in the candida, in regard to sugars or yeasts theory myself.
A diabetic would have to figure it into their diet. Just because it has a sugar doesn't mean it's entirely off limits for a diabetic.



Some almond milk comes sweetened with cane juice. Otherwise, it does not have fructose, as fructose is a fruit sugar and almonds are not fruits.
