Is it ok to freeze coffee milk?!

Question: Is it ok to freeze coffee milk?
like half & half

Answers:

Like the liquid Cremora etc and flavored "coffee lighteners" (which is how they're referred to in the business).

The simple answer is: Yes, you can safely freeze them.

If you want to freeze dairy products like half-and-half or cream, I'd suggest you stop at half-and-half. Anything with more fat content than h&h probably won't look too good when it's thawed. It will curdle and you'll end up with lumpy cream. It won't be "bad" but it doesn't appear very appetizing.

Bottoms Up!

The texture may get a little clumpy; you might not want to drink it by itself. But those clumps will dissolve in hot coffee and you won't notice the difference.

It'll last a month or two in the freezer before it starts to develop unpleasant, freezer-burned flavors. You can't freeze it in the original container, since it might burst when it expands. Transfer it to a plastic container and leave an inch of head room for expansion.

No I don't think it is not good to freeze coffee milk because it will taste not good and you will have to throw away in the bin and buy a new one because you will feel sick and want to throw up. Maybe the cups maybe expored so it's better to drink a new fresh coffee milk.

Put it in ice cube trays until frozen, then in zip lock bags. That way, you can take out just what you need. Of course, if you like your coffee hot enough to blister your tongue, like my mom, you'll have to defrost in the microwave before using.

I've frozen milk, cream and half and half with no problem. That's one way I prepare for the winter when I may not be able to get to the grocery store when I need to.

Personal experience.

I don't see why not.
