How many cups of caffeinated green tea a day should you drink and how much caffeine is in it?!

Question: How many cups of caffeinated green tea a day should you drink and how much caffeine is in it?
I know that the theanine blunts the caffeine effect, but it's still caffeine. I drink about 10 cups of green tea a day from morning to night. Is that too much?

i know that it is good to drink at least one cup a day. less caffeinated than coffee, but i don't know exact level how much caffeine

The great thing about tea is that there is really no limit to the amount you can consume in a day. The biggest misconception about tea is that the energy content is a result of caffeine.

In fact, the majority of the energy is a result of your body's natural metabolism response. Think salads and other green veggies with respect to this concept.

Most green tea has between 20-40 mgs of caffeine, where as coffee has about 120 mgs. If you're looking for a place to get very potent tea I suggest checking out www.wisemantea.com. I've been getting my leaves from there for years.
