Is coke zero actually any better for you than coca cola?!
I'm dieting at the minute, but love my coca cola so have been substituting it with coke zero.

No,it is worse.Drink regular cola but cut back on the amount.You can do it.
if u drink diet pop like everyday, although its a rly small chance, u can get a brain tumor, but with normal pop u can get diabetes soo yeahhh
Better to substitute water.
