Did I ruin my espresso machine? I spilled water on the motor?!
When I was pouring water into the tank a little spilled out and went threw the grate and I hear a snap & now the machine will not turn on. I looked threw it with a flashlight and see some water on that green computer looking board.
What can I do? Or is it ruined ? Should I try to dry it with a hair dryer?

You probably shorted out the printed circuit board. But, let it dry for a couple of days to make sure its dry then try it again. You might get lucky and it doesn't cost anything. There is also a remote possibility that you popped a circuit breaker either on the machine or in your house. Check that too. Last possibility is to take it to a small appliance repair shop. That will not be cheap but cheaper than buying a new machine.
