This is for home experiment with plans to open up a small coffee shop.

I roast my own beans and have seven ways to brew coffee. I don't really have a favorite (all are great and different tasting), but these are my methods:
1) Vacuum/balance brewer
2) French Press
3) Turkish (when I want something sweet)
4) Chemex manual drip
5) Stove-top moka pot
6) Espresso (with the occasional cappuccino or latte for my wife)
7) Cold brewed (Milder & great for iced coffee and after dinner drink -with or w/o alcohol)
You can either Google these methods or go to sites like:

I guess it's what kind of coffee you add, how much, how fine the grounds are, and the quality of your coffee maker. I don't know for sure but I bet you anything you can get a really fancy coffee maker where you can change the temperature of the water and how much water is used in relation to how many grounds are put in and all that. Past brewing it, it's all about what kind of cream you put in and how much and different flavorings and and all that.
