Will oranges and dry Cheerio's help me stay awake?!
I heard that to stay awake late you must eat high-protein but low-fat, and definitely high sugar, particularly fructose. However as far as I know, protein and fat are pretty much interlocked except for skim dairy products, which I don't have any of. And milk is one of the killers that'll put you right to sleep so I plan to keep the Cheerio's dry. The oranges I have come from a tree in our backyard that's only a few years old, so they're super sour which I figure will be better to keep myself alert, and Cheerio's are the kind of thing you can munch on one at a time forever and they seem to never run out, even if you only have a small bowl full. So does that sound like a good plan? How mu
ch should I eat of each? I'm thinking 4 or 5 oranges (they're actually minniola's, very small with a very thick skin, and an all nighter is a long time) and 1 1/2 cups of Cheerio's. Plus black coffee and black tea, of course.

my brother used to eat fritios. the stomach ache would help him stay up when he had to catch a plane and no alarm clock. my husband's family says orange juice at night will upset you. so keep munching, and see you tomorrow.
