does sleepytime tea help you sleep?!
Answers:
It helps to relax you and calm your nerves but won't actually send you to sleep.
If you're seriously looking for something to help you sleep, try valerian tea, which has been used as a sleeping aid for centuries but doesn't feature in sleepytime's list of ingredients. Watch out though - it doesn't taste the best. I can't even stand the smell!! My dad likes it, so maybe it's an acquired taste...
It contains herbs that makes you feel calm. But it does nothing on disturbing thoughts or lack of fresh air.
Sleep tight and sweet dreams to you!
