Squash, lime or blackcurrant cordial made up into juice drinks, decant into a fancy designer drinks carrier and take with you everywhere you go.
Fizzy drinks harm your bone density so you'll finish up a bent old cripple.
Don't go for Vitamin water or any of that rubbish, it's all pure sugar.
Simply drink 12-15 glasses of water. Just imagine that you are drinking your favorite softdrink ;) Try this in 3 months and soon enough you will not only get rid of your favorite softdrink but you will also lose weight.
I did this and I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos. Now, I am on my 5th year and I am maintaining my weight from 55 kilos - 58 kilos only :)
