Which one is better/healthier?!
out of milk and juice?
Juice has LOTS of sugar, so I know that that isn't healthy.
But milk on the other hand is more fatty. We're talking about the 1,5% fat one.
Yes, I know water would be healthiest. Bit I have to drink either juice or milk. So which should I go for?

100% Juice
Skim Milk or get juice that has no added sugar. Neither will make you gain that much weight, I mean if you drink sodas or sweet tea or anything like that and then start drinking juice or milk instead you'll lose weight. Drinks can make you gain weight but if you are worried about weight then /eat/ healthier.
