There are ways to flavor your coffee without adding 70 calories. 1 teaspoon of sugar has only 15 calories, and 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon (you wouldn't even want to use that much) has only 17 calories. Then there's Splenda, a sugar substitute that has 0 calories. Splenda also has a 0-calorie coffee sweetener that comes in 3 flavors, Vanilla, Mocha, and Hazelnut, so you'd be getting sweetener and flavoring with no calories added. They're convenient because they're packets that you can carry with you, so you can use them when you're out. International Delight sells "skinny" versions of their coffee creamers. They're liquid, so they'll add a bit of creaminess to your coffee, and are 30 calories per Tablespoon. They come in caramel and vanilla. These have to be refrigerated, so they're not as convenient. As for getting used to black coffee, you have to do just that, get used to it. Gradually cut back on what you add to it, and try to acquire a taste for it. You may never like it, but at least there are low or zero calorie options.
Drink green coffee it tastes the same as normal coffee and it is actually good for you. It's high in antioxidants, lowers blood pressure, speeds up your metabolism, makes you age less and makes you loose weight. So yeah I hope that helps.
start drinking milky coffee with sugar, slowly wean yourself off of sugar and milk by reducing the amount per cup slowly you will get used to it like anything. just make sure that you do it slowly so you get more and more used to it.
Just go out and buy cream and sugar.
