So I have this strong urge to drink soda ... Is it really so bad ?!

If your trying to quit DO NOT DRINK IT.
Even diet soda is bad for you. You can lose 5 to 10 pounds from quiting soda only. Its sugar syrup and the diet has other stuff in it that destroys your bones.
The carbon oxide in soda is an acid and the only material the body has to regulate too high acidity is adding calcium which it extracts from your bone mass if not enough in your diet.
The acidity will also corrode your teeth enamel.
The need is in your head which you should be in control of. Get another less bad habit to distract your urge :)
No this is very normal. If you really don't wanna drink soda anymore then think this before drinking Drink enough soda and it can get your teeth rotten, gain unnecessary weight, elevate your chances of getting diabetes.
Not really. It's just a developing caffeine addiction. You can break it by simply drinking more water and juice.

I would say one wouldn't hurt but if you're trying to quit pop then you shouldn't drink it at all.
You mean plain soda..just carbonated water..no harm..

but these types are better than the others:
perrier water or plain soda water
Any drink within the limit doesn't create heath issue.
