No, never. They do not have a liquor license or require ID to purchase their drinks. They are all non-alcoholic.
I'm pretty sure they don't. Certainly not in a regular coffee...
There might be an option to request certain additions though. There usually is in coffee shops but I don't know specifically with regard to Starbucks.
