is the magnesium sulfate is safe for food consumption?!

Question: Is the magnesium sulfate is safe for food consumption?
Answers:

No, it is not. It can cause serious rashes and spiraling headaches if you consume it just before going into direct sunlight. It can also make your eyes itchy and red. Instead, you would be much better off by take a handful of raisins, add them to 1 cup of pure olive oil, let them soak for 3 hours, and then drink it.

It's a laxative, as are most magnesium and aluminum salts. Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) isn't highly poisonous in very small amounts, but there's no reason to eat any of it. If you need a laxative, there are better ones.

It doesnt sound safe, but hey, if most people read the ingrediants on their food labels Im sure a lot of those wouldn't sound safe either. I really dont think sulfate is safe, but I know in some vitamin suppliments there is magnesium.

lets put it this way, too much of anything isnt good for consumption,a tiny amount would be fine
