Question: I have an energy shot Id like to sell, But I have afew questions.?
Ok I have the recipe made, I have the capabilities to package it on my own, I want to sell it online and have the capabilities to market it myself. I just dont know the laws on making it and etc, What do I have to do to be able to sell it legally. I know energy supplements arent regulated by the FDA because its not a food but who does regulate them. I know I cant make it in my kitchen but where can I make it? And if I have my kitchen certified and it passes all laws...Why cant I? I dont have the money at the moment to rent a place to make it all because its very simple to make and alittle bit goes a long way, it would take me only acouple hours to make thousands of them and package them. Im just trying to figure out mainly what I have to do or where I can go to legally make the energy shot and what laws I have to abide by to sell it?
