How long does it take for a Slurpee Reward prize to ship?!

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a reward off of the slurpee rewards program? I ordered a frisbee with my points and I still haven't received it :( it's been two weeks! When I ordered the frisbee it never specified how it would he shipped or an estimate of time... So I was curious if anyone else knows from experience?
