why do i have diarrhea after drinking coffee?!

its a natural diuretic, it makes you poop. seriously.
in natural medicine bitter things are diuretics, what is more bitter than a cup of black coffee?
you might find that even drinking tea will sometimes give you the same effect, its the caffeine.
do you drink it with creamer or black - i know creamer or milk can defenatly have an affect
