whats the best coffee you ever drank?!

Question: Whats the best coffee you ever drank?
This is for those who grind their own beans. I have tried many kinds from various sites and so far Kona is my favorite. I also like Kopi Luwac but its hard to get the real thing. Also, does anyone have a tip for making your favorite coffee even better?

Answers:

A bag of Ethiopian beans I bought one night after having dinner in an Ethiopian restaurant. I have also found pure Ethiopian coffee beans at Whole Foods. This is my absolute favorite coffee. Sometimes you see it blended with other varieties, but I like the pure Ethiopian beans.

This is my favourite coffee it is mexican and is called tehmbo.
Mixing your spices before you brew can add flavour so easily. This is a particularly sweet way to serve up a cup of coffee, with generous amounts of chocolate and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
?125ml ground coffee
?80ml chocolate syrup
?1 tbs cinnamon
?250ml milk
?60ml brown sugar
?1/4 tsp nutmeg
?1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Before brewing, combine coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brew however you like. In another small saucepan, heat brown sugar, syrup and milk. Stir until sugar is melted and dissolved. Pour sugar mixture into hot coffee, and add vanilla.

If you have a local roaster in town that is always the best. My favorite is JJBean in Vancouver Canada, Inferno, the darkest blend. If I buy a store-bought brand, Kicking Horse "Kick ***", also the darkest, is my favorite. 10 days after beans are roasted is when they start to "de-gas" (start to go stale), which is why locally roasted beans are the best.
