I sleep like a baby after this one: chamomile flowers, lemon balm, blackcurrant leaves, peppermint leaves, sunflowers, heather. This herbal blend is an excellent bedtime drink with calming effect. It is naturally caffeine free, blended to promote sound, restful sleep.
