Question: What are the "bubbles" in Bubble Tea?
Answers:

They are little balls of sweetened tapioca.



Tapioca pearls that have a bittery sweet taste to add texture to a fruity smoothey. i love them ! ^_^
i always get peach creme, or fresh strawberry. if you dont like the pearls ask for less.
