How would you describe the taste of black coffee?!
I need it for a story but I've never had it ;( So try to choose some descriptive words. Thanks.

If it's a good cup
Slightly bitter, roasted, a little nutty, it tastes dark, lot of Umami, crisp, has a very subtle natural sweetness, lingering after taste
Not so good cup
Very bitter, burnt, muddled, smokey, repulsive,
I've had coffee. I'm not a big fan though
