So I got an interview on tuesday morning at 1030 but I showed up at 1020 and got my interview then and when I talked to the manager the interview lasted like 2 minutes or less really went by quick and she said that they are having the interviews for a summer position and I want it really bad but I dont feel like she really got to know me because she didnt ask for my resume or ask how available I was so if I keep showing my face and talk to everyone there do you think I'll get it or not because I've noticed a lot of people get jobs either by bugging the hell out of the place by showing up a lot or by having connections so what do you think please let me know i really want this job badly and i know some of the workers there who are trying to convince the manager to get me in

Get some feedback from your friends. Don't make her feel like she's being BUGGED. Make her feel comfortable. If you apologize for being late - don't scold yourself - she's not interested in narcissistic blatherings - thank her for being considerate and for hearing you out.
