Vitamin Water or Smart Water?!

Smart water is regular water bottled, and vitamin water although seem like a good idea is not at the end you are drinking water with sugars, once the vitamins come in contact with the water they start to dissolve so the longer they are in contact the more dissolved they are so when you buy them probably is been long enough that is useless. If you want quality water purified, mineralized, ionized, oxygen rich then you want Perfect Water if you want something like vitamin water then you need twist tubes you put in the water just like crystal light but of course way better ill just give you the link you read the descriptions

It depends if you want flavored or natural water. Vitamin Water is flavored (and it's really good) but Smart Water is plain water. It has a very clean flavor to it if that makes sense! :) Also, Smart Water is very healthy as it has added electrolytes in it!!
