6 easy steps :)
Step 1= Buy an ice tray
Step 2= Fill it with water (EX: tap, distilled, purified, mineral etc.)
Step 3= Put tray in freezer
Step 4= Wait for about 30 minutes
Step 5= Open freezer
Step 6= Take out ice tray

Fill an ice cube tray with water and put it into the freezer. If you don't have an ice cube tray any small plastic container will work. Just run the bottom of the container under warm water to loosen the ice in the morning.
Get a pan or something fill it with water and put it in the freezer untill it's frozen. then whack it with a hammer to shatter it. or use a mini cupcake tin or a devild egg pan or something just make sure it's cleaned out first.
