What are some good "depressants"?!

Question: What are some good "depressants"?
By depressants, I don't mean things that make you sad, I mean things that calm you down and lower tension. Like energy drinks, but the exact opposite.
I know alcohol and pot are good ones, but are there any good ones that are legal for a 15 year old to use?

milk
turkey
milk chocolate

these all have tryptophan- a naturally occuring amino acod which helps your seratonin levels and calms you down.

Also it helps to swallow a lot- this releases dopamine, which does similar- so eat small bites of whatever food you enjoy ( not pig out exactly but a good munching session with plenty of swallowing involved)

Have you heard of oil burners or oil warmers? They're basically like a little dish somehow held above a tea candle that warms essential oils inside of the dish. Just search for em and you'll see what I'm talking about. They're relativity inexpensive. Anywho, pick one up & pick up a bottle of lavender and vanilla oils. (they'd be separate bottles) And make sure to pick up some tea candles. You can get the burner at like Bath & Body Works, or Bed Bath & Beyond, same with the oils, and the tea candles should be sold at your grocery store or dollar store, or Bed Bath & Beyond. Lavender and vanilla oils calm and relax the body. They're used a lot in aromatherapy and in massage therapy practices & such in order to help relax the client so they get the best out of their time. And they work amazingly well.
