Does anyone know what brand of tea McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts use to make their Iced teas?!

It is their own brand. You'll get something similar if you look for orange pekoe tea. (That's a flavor, not a brand.)
See my source for some recipes. The key to sweet tea is to dissolve the sugar while the tea is hot, then cool it. You'll get more sugar dissolved.
