Yummy coconut milk made with evaporated milk?!
My Mom makes this yummy drink every once in a while. I can't get a hold of her currently, and was just curious if anyone has ever tried it.
She said for me to put the coconut meat of one coconut, ice and sugar into blender.
Then to drain all the liquid into a cup/tupperware and store.
She mixed it then with evaporated milk to taste.
Anyone ever had that? Idk if it is something she made up, or if someone has tried that too!
It IS the best thing I ever drank in my life.
Oh, and if you have, can you an be proper measurements? I'm not so good at "eyeballing" things and I do not want to make mine too sweet...etc.

sounds like it could be a southeastern asian thing. .. like thai or vietnamese. ?
