i heard it in a joakim noah interview (chicago bulls center), he was showing his and had a few in his fridge. he said "if you drink one of these before your workout, you will run through a wall". got me interested.

it is a decent pre workout supplement, although the only thing giving you energy would be the caffiene, b vitamins/niacin
also it would be detrimental to your health if you drank caffeine before every workout. what your really paying for in that bottle would be the L-arginine or nitrous oxide, which can be bought separatel from caffeine
