Sprite Zero - Calories?!
In sprite zero there is 6 calories and no sugar!
This seems almost too good to be true.
Are these okay to drink then if they are sugar free?

IMO, they are fine to drink in moderation. One a day is fine. It helps curb your cravings and is a guilt-free treat.
No not usually. They usually involve other chemicals that won't do your body much good. Usually they use aspartame, and I don't think that's good for you.
Thats's just how I roll.
