Qatar has appreciated good coffee since the dervishes brought it out of Ethiopia and spread it throughout the arabic world. There are several hundred years of fine coffee tradition there that will insure a ready demand for good product by educated coffee drinkers.

Be aware, that, unlike americans, these enlightened consumers will expect the finest coffee available on the face of the earth. If you can create this, you will be successful. If your product tastes like american coffee you will fail miserably. Concentrate on the old ways of preparation and the finest beans. Do not become infatuated with fancy machines or mass production.
