i just picked up some vanilla bean mighty leaf tea (it was on clearance) from the local grocery store. He might like that. I'm not really into black tea, but you could get him some good quality tea of those that you mentioned. some good brands are mighty leaf, adagio, tazo, and some others. go to a gourmet grocery store and check them out.

edit: you could also get him a nice big mug for his teas. Find out what mugs he has, if he's into that. You can also get him an assortment of black teas...if you live near a TJ maxx or Marshalls, they usually have them.
