When did Americans start drinking water?!
When did Americans start drinking water? Its a million dollar empire and my community college professors don't know the answer. We started drinking apple cider, Johnny Apple, but when did we begin to filter and drink this stuff like... water?

i guess they did it when they found the filter technology.
My recollection was mid 80's coinciding with with the arrival of nike sporting shoes and outfits that became the rage on the walking trails. People gave up soda and it was shiek to have the water bottles in hand.
When those diet trends started going on in the 80's then Again in 04 to 07 after doctors say that diet soda doesn't help as much as water does
after the rest of the world did.
