It is coffee beans that have been eaten by the civet cat. They pass through the cats digestive tract whole and are gathered up, washed, roasted and packaged up for sale. It is very expensive coffee. I haven't quite gotten my mind wrapped around the idea of drinking coffee made out of something that came out of a wild cats butt.
