Question: What would be a good preservative for fresh brewed coffee to extend its shelf life?
To preserve it for four to six weeks what would I use?

I don't know that simply closing it air-tight and keeping dark, dry would work, but you could try. Otherwise, you could put it in the freezer.

Not sure any of those will taste exactly like *fresh-brewed* coffee though.



You need an airtight container and keep it away from heat and direct sunlight.
