Honey being a better substitute for sugar/sweetener in coffee/tea?!

Question: Honey being a better substitute for sugar/sweetener in coffee/tea?
I've heard about honey being a healthier choice than sugar or sweetener.

I just wanted to know how much honey is too much in place of sugar/sweetener so that it doesn't cancel out the benefit of using it in the first place.

And is it really true? Thanks.

Answers:

Yes it's a healthier choice but to much of anything is not good.
So just use enough to sweeten what your eating/drinking.
Moderation with sweets( even honey).
White sugar is stepped on and processed to the umpth degree.
Try to avoid white sugar, it can cause many ailments down the road( like so many other things).
Again, all things in moderation in the key.

And I wonder what they will eventually find that Stevia causes when all is said and done.
remember past sweeteners?
Out of all the sweeteners, fake or real, honey is considered natural and the safest. All things spike something.
Caffeine, salts, sugars, starches. proteins etc etc.
So again and again, MODERATION is what we look for with everything.

It isn't healthier at all. it has a very high fructose content which will spike your blood glucose levels. try stevia or erythritol instead.
